Koppert respects the privacy of visitors to its website and ensures that the personal data you supply to us is treated in confidence. This personal data is processed in accordance with the requirements set by the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act. We will process your personal data before we enter into and perform contracts for the supply of commercial services and the management of business relations thereunder, including the performance of activities aimed at increasing our customer base.

2.Account
We make a customer account for every customer who registers with us via the "continue as new customer" feature, i.e. a password-protected direct access to our file data stored in us. Here you can view data about your closed, open and recently sent orders, or manage your personal

a. Create account
The following information must be entered in the registration for a customer account (mandatory information):
- Your first name
- Your last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your password
- Permission for creditworthiness check and data protection provisions;

Your invoice and delivery address is only required when you place an order. For your order, we need your correct name, address and payment information. We need your e-mail address so that we can confirm the receipt and delivery of your order and generally to communicate with you. We also use your email address for your identification (as login) when you log in to your customer account.

b. E-mail newsletter
Koppert is pleased to keep you informed of developments regarding crop protection and / or pollination by sending news via e-mail. With your information we can tailor our information, products and services - either directly or through our subsidiaries and distributors - to your needs. Koppert deals with your personal information carefully and confidently. Do you receive the Koppert newsletter and would you like to change your information or receive the newsletter? Then click on the change or unsubscribe link in the newsletter. You can also send your request by e-mail to info@Koppert.nl. No addresses are given, sold, rented or otherwise made available to another company. All mailings are made with technology that does not reveal addresses to other subscribers.

3. Analytics
The website keeps updates of general visitor data. Your computer IP address, any user name, the time when information is requested, and the data concerning a visitor sent by the browser are registered and used for a statistical analysis of visits to, and click stream data concerning, the website. This also enables us to optimise the way the website works. We try to anonymize this data as far as possible, and will not supply it to any third party.
Koppert uses Google Analytics to update information on how visitors use the website. The data we obtain by this means, including your computer IP address, is sent to, and stored by Google on, servers in the United States. Google uses the Google Analytics data for monitoring how our website is used, to be able to send Koppert reports concerning the website, and to be able to offer its advertisers data about the effectiveness of their campaigns. Google may supply this data to third parties if it is required to do so by law, or if any such third parties process this data on behalf of Google.
This matter is outside the control of Koppert.

4. Inspection, rectification, and right to object
If you have a business relationship with our company you can ask to see your personal data on written request. If the overview of this data contains any inaccuracy, you can request us in writing to correct or delete it.
